Read every word in your own language
Your phone and your computer can already translate this whole site. It is free, it takes about ten seconds, and once you set it, it works on every page.
Find your browser below. If you are not sure which one you use, try the first one.
Chrome
On Windows, Mac, Android
- Right-click anywhere on the page. On a phone, tap the three dots at the top or bottom of the screen.
- Choose Translate to English.
- A small box appears. Click the three dots inside that box.
- Choose Choose another language.
- Pick your language and press Translate.
- In that same box, turn on Always translate. Now every page here comes to you in your language by itself.
Safari
On iPhone, iPad, Mac
- Look in the address bar at the top for the aA icon, or on Mac the small translate icon.
- Tap it, then choose Translate to...
- Pick your language.
- If your language is not listed, open Settings, then Apps, then Safari, and add it under language preferences.
Edge
On Windows
- Look for the small translate icon in the address bar at the top.
- Click it, then choose your language from the list.
- Tick Always translate pages from English so it happens on its own from now on.
Firefox
On Windows, Mac
- Click the translate icon in the address bar. If you do not see it, open the menu with the three lines and choose Translate page.
- Choose your language and click Translate.
Any phone, the simplest way
If none of the above worked
- Copy the address of the page you want to read.
- Open translate.google.com.
- Choose the Websites tab, paste the address, pick your language, and press the arrow.
A word about the translation
These translations are done by your browser, not by us, so they are quick rather than perfect. The meaning comes through. Where a sentence reads strangely, the English original is always one tap away, and the Spirit who gave these words is not limited by a translation.
